Seen for an ear infection. It’s clean, super efficient & friendly staff & made an appointment ahead of time so the wait was very minimal. Would definitely highly recommend!
Don't go here. The staff are not very helpful. Maybe if I had better insurance or more money I'd be treated better.
One of the Medical Assistant was kind of rude and unprofessional. I asked how was my blood pressure and she ignored me and the second time that I asked she turned the vital machine turns me so I can look at the reading without saying anything and walked away.
I've only ever had positive experiences here, with virtually no wait time and friendly staff. Physician Bachra today was competent, efficient, and answered all my questions. I was out in less than 30 minutes, with a great feeling about my treatment.
Cleveland clinic is such a joke. I don’t even understand how it has the reputation it does for being a good hospital. I went to two urgent cares today and both of them had ridiculous wait. I checked in online before heading to the Rocky River one hoping to lower my wait time as it said only a 19 min wait va the 1.5 hour wait at north Olmsted.
