Cleveland clinic is such a joke. I don’t even understand how it has the reputation it does for being a good hospital. I went to two urgent cares today and both of them had ridiculous wait. I checked in online before heading to the Rocky River one hoping to lower my wait time as it said only a 19 min wait va the 1.5 hour wait at north Olmsted. They were amazing in every way. Fast, efficient, and thorough.
You can't get anyone to answer the phone.
I'm quite annoyed that the My Chart ap showed a waittime, prompted me to pick a time I would be here (choices were 45 min or 1 hour), and said I'd be seen based when I got on waitlist, but upon arrival they told me that my place in line is based on when I walked through the door.
Don't waist your time Herr. All I needed was an antibiotic, THAT I ASKED FOR! Instead, I was given cough syrup and a pat on the head. Now, days later and getting worse, I went to St. John's urgent care in westlake and received REAL medical attention. Thank you for the complete waist of time, money and MORE missed work. Look at the reviews. I wouldn't bring a dead dog here!
