I've now had 3 horrible experiences here. 2 in the ER... First time went in with a 3mm Kidney stone trying to pass through, I was in so much pain that I was throwing up every 5 min. and I couldn't function. The intake staff didn't inform ER staff of the severity of my situation (at the time I didn't know about the stone.) I was ignored in the waiting room for 1.5 hours on the floor before my husband had to yell at them. Other nurses and physicians stepped over me and didn't even ask about it.
