Great experience at Cleveland Clinic Solon rheumatology location - 4th Floor. I saw APRN-CNP Tiffany Clark in Solon, who was amazing. (she’s primarily at Twinsburg location) Very knowledgeable and provided written education. The check-in staff, the nursing staff, all very nice. I had to wait just a few minutes to be seen. I highly recommend this practice.
Alla Model office is full of disgusting people. I waited over a month for my appointment and they canceled it because they stated I have fibromyalgia and that’s not treated there. They did no work up, no blood work or anything, this was my first appointment so they never seen me. They diagnosed me over the phone!! I told them my dr wasn’t sure about what I had which is why I was sent over and they told me they don’t see a referral ( you can’t even make an appointment without one).
