I think the Cleveland Clinic’s falling reputation is now evident in their level of patient care. There doesn’t seem to be any oversight in the accuracy of charting at all. When I visited the ER, my ears and throat were never examined yet my chart says they were clear. Had my ears been checked they would have seen psoriasis, and possibly even documented it. Had to make a yearly appointment to receive my insulin refill as a type one diabetic. Was told AFTER my 30 minute prescription appointment that my insurance isn’t accepted at Cleveland clinic . I was sent a $1600 bill. I was told I could pay 70% upfront as a form of “financial assistance” my bill was sent to collections after four months without notice. Insane and unethical. My first experience at this Cleveland Clinic facility-was super impressed. Easy and free parking directly behind the building. Fast and simple check in. I had two different appointments and was taken in early for both. The young woman who drew my blood was super efficient and painless, and Katie who did the ultrasound was professional and personable. Thank you!

They have some of the best physicians that cares about the patiences no matter where you are from you are treated very well, and I been going to Cleveland Clinic since 2017 and never looked back.
