Easily the worst customer service I've recieved with contradictory statements and wait times for responses of months on end. Will not be back.
Must have appointments. Got in waiting room quickly but sat almost 45 for doctor
I am grateful and thank God I am still alive. I wish I could give a rating of negative quadrillion to all of the physicians I have had over the last three years. It’s been horrible. If you want to live, go anywhere else but this Cleveland Clinic Lakewood location.
