Absolutely horrifying and unacceptable experience at Cleveland Clinic. I honestly have to ask: is this supposed to be a healthcare facility, or a place where patients are simply forgotten while the bills keep coming? We came here because my grandmother needed emergency medical attention, yet somehow the staff appeared to completely forget about her. I would never come back to this place. From the moment you walk in, the experience is a nightmare. The woman who greets you at the entrance seems angry, is extremely unprofessional, and speaks to people in a very loud and disrespectful manner. We were taken into a room after coming here simply for an ultrasound, and we waited four hours before being attended to. From the check in desk, to the nurses and doctors, I am so thankful I came to this ER. They are kind, so knowledgeable and caring, and most of all they made me feel very safe during a really scary time. I am incredibly grateful for the team here and that they are right in the neighborhood! You are well taken care of at Cleveland Clinic ER.
i went to the emergency room the other day.short wait time.they diagnosed me with bronchitis.i was treated by nurse ryan and dr. le.they made me feel comfortable and informed me of everything they were doing.i appreciate them and will always use their services.thank you cleveland clinic!
Total was 5 hours. I’m one room wait an hour then next room wait an hour etc. doctors were great and the nurses!!!! Marie the nurse, but place was DIRTY scuff marks all over the walls, holes in the triage rooms where the door hit the wall… went into ER and toilets were gross and sticky and the curtain room I was in had torn pieces of gloves in the floor and dirt on the walls and floor.
