I was told to wait in a room, and then the place closed and then lights were turned off with me inside.
Kesha brown is theee worst patient representative at CC. Apathetic for someone that just needs to do paperwork and exit questions. I don’t know if it’s the heavy traffic of patients but you couldn’t pay this woman enough to care.
Went to visit an elderly relative. They need oxygen. Need it need it. Doctor barely walks past the door, says “I didn’t see you yesterday do you know this person?” And then, without walking further into the room, has the ghaul and audacity to ask said elder family member “why are you on oxygen? Do you need it though?” Then after begging to get a second x ray that the doctor was “confident the elder family member did not need so he found no need”…. Great facility and amazing service. However, their billing department and lack thereof leads me to question this clinic. I went here post car accident and receive treatment. I mailed the check for $10,000 which was already endorsed to cover my bills and had an overage of over $8,000 that was supposed to get sent to me. It's been over one year.
