We had a very positive experience in this hospital. My husband had a bad fall and in so much pain. We were attended quickly since it wasn't busy at ED that night, thankfully. From the intake/reception to the doctors and staff we're all pleasant. We just spent about 2 hours with all CT Scan and blood work done, it was all smooth and easy.
First off, I could not believe that after 20 minutes of my entry to the ER, someone came inside requesting payment for my copay even before I started receiving treatment. That made me so incredibly uncomfortable while I was in pain and they requesting money made me realize that this hospital is moved by money, and not actual working and treating and caring for their patients. The best experience we have, patience confidence, and compassion with my husband. He has a liver transplant. Was excellent Drs. and Nurse the best the treatment he received was very good for everyone in the hospital.
Came in with severe cut on both fingers. Was taken care of really quick. Dr Teddy Hanna was such a kind doctor and fixed me right up. Happy with the care I received.
