The autistic guy is AWFUL. I get he is autistic, I get they have various issues, like with sounds. I'm there weekly and sometimes he is working the booth in the right building when you walk in. Anytime someone approach's him with a baby that is crying, or walks by with baby that is crying, or there is loud noise. He freaks out. I just want to give a shout-out and a HUGE thanks to Sharon the mammography tech. It was my 1st mammogram ever today and she was kind, professional, and understanding of my fears. She truly made it easy and as stress-free as possible and I'm so so thankful !!! Thank you Sharon !! 💛 💛 You're the best !!!
As a fellow healthcare provider, this has to be one of the worst facilities I have ever encountered as a patient. Primary care providers leave as soon as you establish care with them and then you're left stranded. You can never get anyone to answer the phone directly, as it is always intercepted by an operator who has no idea what's going on. Then you get placed on hold and hung up on. Absolute garbage! I spent a full year and some months taking my son here with them telling me they couldn't do anything for him since Florida wouldnt send his records- new place im at got it in 2 minutes! And dont even try calling, they will transfer you 8 times and still continue to play phone games. Never ever going back here with my kids again!
Walked into the lab service to get my blood drawn here only to be met by Katie, who for some reason was already looking at me with a disgusted face like I did something wrong. No greeting or nothing. There was an issue with my bloodwork not being sent in with my provider and instead of helping or explaining it to me, she continued to stare at me like I was stupid.
