Dr. Lyons and Bethany (MA) were amazing. Thank you for taking such good care of me.
The desk and nurse were extremely nice ... however the PA that saw my son for an extreme rash (poison oak or sumac) was dismissive and didn’t listen to anything my son or me had to say. Prescribed a med and moved on... no bedside manner. Very disappointed.
My daughter came in with my 3 year old grandson with a possible broken leg- EMERGENCY - Urgent care -on Monday July 23rd was taken in the back and then told she was out of network and could not be seen. Offered for a squad to take them elsewhere!!! SHAME ON YOU !!!! Even though she got approval from her insurance to go there even though they were out of network. They were escorted out to my daughters van - her crying and my grandson crying. THANK GOD for METROHEALTH Middleburg - who took care of them, 3 year old with a broke... read more
