I went for a first appointment for on/gyn and seen Ms. Cohn. I explained to her I was having RLQ pain in my abdomen. She palpated and I winced at a point and she asked when I got pain and how it was affecting me. She said we will get you an abdominal ultrasound to check for endometriosis m. Also a transvaginal ultrasound. I went for for both and I did ask the ultrasound tech if the abdominal ultrasound will for sure rule out endometriosis. She said I’m NOT checking g for that! Had an appointment with my dermatologist and some trainee came in. At first I was ok with it but after a minute of talking with her I realized I was not being heard at all. Gave up on the idea I was getting anywhere with her and shut down. Took her recommendation of treatment and waked out thinking I need to just off myself or deal with my psoriasis for the rest of my life as it is. Wasted time, money, vacation days and left with significant depression.
I had to go through and get my knee looked at and they took x rays and put a brace on my knee
I scheduled a routine mammogram at this Strongsville location and, like a responsible adult, called ahead to confirm that bringing my service dog would be allowed. I was told yes—because, of course, that’s the law. Fast forward to the appointment, where the technician immediately decided to audition for “Most Creative Misinterpretation of the ADA.” Her main concern? Been here over an 1 1/2hrs. I checked in through MyChart for express care at home. Clicked on “on my way”. Got here in 10 min, kiosks say not to check in there for Express Care, go straight to express care. The TV in Express Care says if your name is not on the list to go to the desk. Our name was on the list. We were next in line while watching numerous others go in. Watching “walk in” after “walk-in” go in. After 1/2 an hour our name dropped to 5th in line.
