Not express at all. Misdiagnosed eye infection, had to come back second time to have the correct diagnosis. Be prepared to wait…in waiting room and exam room. Never been less than 2 hours. Making the appointment in the app doesn’t seem to offer any benefit to being ahead in line.
Just flat out rude and extremely cold. The nurses act like you are an inconvenience to them. Meanwhile they have no problem charging the heck out of your insurance for them being unprofessional.
Worst urgent care!! Save yourself hundreds of dollars in bills. Went twice for the same UTI issue that they told me was muscle pain, they charged me twice because they made me come in to make sure they were giving me the right medication which I still didn’t get. They charged my insurance twice over $750 in bills and I still didn’t get the medication.
