As a RN who has diagnosed several of my families ear infections. My wife went to the urgent care here after almost a week of ear pain and what I said was an ear infection the male PA there said there was nothing wrong. Four days later with even more intense pain went to Elyria Cleveland clinic urgent where the provider their diagnosed such a bad ear infection antibiotic alone wasn't enough also a steroid was needed now. The Cleveland Clinic Care is second rate and sure not world class care.
Had fluid in lungs and was told we don't want to radiate you so I will give you pills that were already used a week before and caused a reaction that was told to the physician. The person who saw me did not link chart to see any history like the other cleveland clinic in olmsted falls does. Would not recommend this location due to refusal of services more than once. When the lady was done she just walked out of the room did not make me feel welcomed.
I had a great experience at this urgent care! The staff was super friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The wait time was short, and the doctor actually took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. You can tell they truly care about their patients.

This location is usually always fast, efficient and helpful in getting me seen same day. However I was seen recently and it was almost 2 hours to be seen. You can waitlist yourself before getting there so just make sure you do that or if you’re a walk in, those waitlisted will be seen before you. It still took a half hour to be seen even after being in the office room
