I've come here to see Dr. Krainz in the past. Staff can be a a hit or miss but he has such a great bedside manner and is very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone
I am posting on behalf of my aunt who does not have any social media..and to warn others of Dr.Catherine Hwang at this office.She lied to my aunt and told her that her ct scans were clear,only for my aunt to be called two years later from a NP at the office informing her that she had an aneurysm behind her left eye..Dr.Hwang called her a few days later and said"that aneurysms are not life threatening,and she didnt need to inform her that she had one" Thanks to your lies Dr.Hwang,my aunt had her optic nerve cut in surgery due... read more
I asked for a regular eye exam. I was assigned a medical doctor for cataracts which I specifically said I didn’t need. The total cost for having a routine exam was $688.00. Outrageous!!! I had new glasses made. The prescription was totally wrong - couldn’t see - totally fuzzy. Glasses had to be remade with the previous years prescription which was from a different doctor. Will NEVER go back there.
Eye appointment at 3. They tell you to arrive 15 mins early. Checking in is automated so takes 1 minute. Then we see tech shortly after checking in. It’s now an hour and 10 mins past our appointment time and no doctor yet. Unacceptable. And this is only a follow up after surgery. Not even sure the doctor understands English very well. Not happy after driving an hour each way to see Dr. They do not value patients time and have no reason for lateness. Do not recommend.
