Jamie George is an amazing nurse practitioner! She was been wonderful and so caring towards my care at Cleveland Clinic. She actually takes the time to listen to you and understand you are a human being! I also love I can see her virtually! It’s so convenient!
Absolutely horrible and most disappointing visit ever. Just about an hour ago today I took my sister in to get her toe nail looked at because it was infected and throbbing. And soon she was admitted after triage. The lady jsut was so nonchalant and uncaring. She first made a joke about my sister ate you getting it amputated like theres jokes uou dont make about. Worse of all was my sister was in pain and she was just so uncaring didnt even offer no Tylenol nor a darn glass of water for crying out loud. Then just was so rusty... read more
Joel at front desk check in radiology is amazing! Fast on his feet and his customer service is par excellence! He was able to troubleshoot and everything worked out! Great demeanor extremely patient and treated everyone with dignity, respect & kindness. Thank you CCF Joel is a definite asset to your organization.
