Office staff very rude. Don’t bother calling, they make you jump through all the hoops to register as a new patient and then tell you the doctor isn’t accepting anyone new
Physical Therapy Dept is great. Wendy is very effective
Dr. Cain and his staff, whenever I can’t get an appointment with him directly, are fantastic. I’m grateful to have him as my PCP. I have never been to the Urgent Care or ER at Brunswick, so I can’t speak to those, but I hope you’re not dissuaded from seeing a PCP who practices here.
Kind staff, lab blood draws were fast and painless for my parents. They were impressed with the facility and so was I!
