First of all, I was not explaining to where to come to do a sleep study at. I kept calling calling nobody answer. I went to another resource in order to get to the sleep study area back time, I made it down to where they was doing the sleep study at which it was in the basement. Where the flood had happened at? Terrible study results, technology is lacking for home study Lack of followup and results could not be interpreted and had to have another lab based test Billing was also bad-only listed provider as Montrose not CLeveland clinic or Akron General which then was refused by Insurance as non preferred provider

The staff person was extremely rude and impatient. The facility is small and unorganized. I do not recommend and will not use again.
