Every time I bring a family member it is 4 or more hours sitting in the waiting room. I get more critical patients first but really every time I am here it has to be 4+ hours? Was told results of test in but need a room.
If i could leave a zero i would. I went to the ER. With chest pains and waited 7 and half hours and finally left. I have never been in an ER so poorly operated. Disgusting!
I don’t know why the reviews are so bad. Anyway I had a good experience. The staff was amazing and my doctor (Dr. Ryan) was a honk! I expressed being a hypochondriac and he was just super gentle with me in conversation and made me feel much calmer and relaxed. He had patience with me and all of the staff was very attentive. I had my 5 year old daughter with me and they treated her so kind. The ct scan team let her talk to me as I was getting my cat done which they DID NOT have to do.. and the bathrooms were clean etc. onlyyy... read more
I was put into a car accident this morning by my I guess the guy I was dating at the time drove us me and my dog into a into a guard rail going 40 miles an hour didn't stop starting to run from the cops. Basically I got checked at the scene or whatever but I couldn't leave because I had my dog in the car I had. The guy was with his dog was in the car. His car was totaled. He was going to jail for an OI so I did the responsible thing and make sure the dogs got home OK I got back to his house. He returned. I did not feel safe ... read more
This place sucks. Waited 3 hours to be seen due to being in an accident. Went back to get checked all they did was blood pressure and heart rate. multiple people were waiting 7-8 hours just to get their IV out. Staff were rude. Definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone going here. Place is worse than UH. If i could give it negative stars i would
