RecommendedJust want to take a minute and say how the staff at General did a great job at explaining what was going on with a family member when they were there.
I have been sitting in the E.R.waiting room with my Father for 6 hours he hasn't been seen yet.this awful.
Waited SIX hours for a simple strep test. Nobody had answers, all the workers were just standing around. Was told that apparently there was only ONE doctor on duty for an emergency room full of over a dozen people. UNACCEPTABLE. People who had been here longer than us had gotten up and left with NO SERVICE. Will never come back to this "hospital"
I was on a bed that had some else blood and plus blood on the floor. SMH
Yesterday was very busy but the staff was very nice and respectful. Thanks so much. I waited 10.5 hours but people being rude and that mean they help you when they can
I was there 11.5 hours to be told they were now only taking triage! I missed work, I missed getting my daughter ready for school, & slept there just to get my vitals checked. & the morning nurse was rude! Asked me if I was diabetic when I asked to have my sugar checked.
