Worst hospital EVER! Would rate this hospital a zero if it was possible actually would rate it in the negative. Staff lazy and rude would not validate parking because they did not feel like getting up from their desk.…sat in waiting room for 4 hours waiting for discharge papers with developmentally disabled client

Absolutely the worst ER in the area. 11 hours wait and nothing reasonable done to relieve patient. There should be no reason for very long wait times anything at the ER??? Zero star! Go some where else.

i was just seen here. i was sent by a smaller cleveland clinic ER where i had already waited for 3 hours prior. i ended up waiting here for over 6 hours, almost 7 for a room while no staff member ever checked on me. the bathrooms were disgusting, they smelled dirty and the floors were sticky. i will say the staff were very pleasant all around and are the only positive part from this experience. the ultrasound technician was very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable throughout my ultrasound that i was nervous for. other... read more

Used to prefer this place over summa but now its flipped. Summa will at least put ivs in people and get medicine and fluids, etc started instead of just throwing people in the waiting room for hours with nothing. People end up waiting days here and they wonder why people get angry. The providers dont document things properly here all the time. They refuse to manage pain I was beat up and strangulated once and was asked " do you want Tylenol, motrin for pain. Like fr I couldnt even swallow.
