This place is trash I wouldn’t recommend this place to even my worst enemy!!! I give this place no stars but I can’t don’t do it is my advice if you can go somewhere else do so you will regret going there this place is a big waste of money. 🤬
Went in with 2 flaps of skin hanging off my possibly broken fingers. Nobody cleaned or dressed the injury at all... just wrapped tape around it (I was covered in oil and dirt as I was working on a car when the injury happened.). They took a few xrays.... 3 hours later after not seeing a doctor and nobody even checking in, I left. I'll be calling the VA on monday to make sure they dont get paid for this garbage!
Would rate a 0 if possible. Waited 13 hours for stroke-like neurological symptoms in the waiting room. Took four hours to go back for a ct scan. Left before being seen by a physician because I couldn't take the wait time to be seen. Nurse aggressively pulled out iv when I asked to leave and bled more way more than normal. Others had the same experience with wait times when we talked. The waiting room is dirty and even urine was on the floor around one of the seats. Horrible staff, despite what they do have. Told not to whine when stabbing a nerve in my arm.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This is a terrible place to go if you need emergency care. The staff will not tell you what is going on. For example, I was there for 4 hours in the waiting room for something that was very painful. In those 4 hours, only one person got called back to a room (besides the head injury who went back immediately). I cannot believe that this is what we call care. It is extremely disappointing and if this review could help anyone to choose another place to go, then that’s all I want.
