Had to take my husband here on Memorial Day. With Covid no one can go in or even wait in waiting room. Upon check in nurse promises to call with updates. 3 hours with no calls. The only reason I knew my husband was going to be ok was I got ahold of him on his cell phone. He asked the nurse to call me. After verifying my name, her very next statement to me was, "I understand you're getting antsy" said in a snarky tone. I've never spoken to this woman!
