As a former employee... I would never work for this location again! Management plays favoritism, talks about your business and gets all over the FHC so quick! By far I worked for CCF for almost 7 years and this is the worst one I’ve worked for! As far as being a patient at this location... I always got the proper care from all my physicians nurses and MA’s there they do put you as a patient first!
I was rushed to this facility during the weekend because it's the closest to our house. Nurse Helen was rude and racist. Telling me next time to go to a big hospital like Marymount because I will be risking the ambulance of my virus since they are only an outpatient facility. Never felt so humiliated in my life, adding to that I was weak, dizzy and just trying to recuperate from my syncope. Will never go to this facility again!
