Their phone system is horrible. They are never able to get through on my phone. A few of the doctors assistants are very unprofessional. I would prefer to go to Avon Cleveland Clinic but my doctor is at Westlake.
Their scheduling system is broken. It has been for years. You’d be better off with a string and tin can or carrier pigeon.
I came in for a growth ultrasound for my high risk baby. I’ve been sitting for a hr and a half while everyone else has been seen or taken back. I’m full of fluid and they quite frankly don’t give a fck. Imagine sittin for a hr goin on 2 full of water and they can only say they are behind by 30 minutes. First and a last time for here for me! I will travel to Fairview before I even come back to this building.
