I think transparency, honesty and Integrity is very important in the heath care industry, and I believe none of the Nurses and Doctors under this umbrella possess any of these attributes.
Had a very good experience it was the first time visit to the ENT department it was pleasurable visit today very nice and helpful.
Their phone system is horrible. They are never able to get through on my phone. A few of the doctors assistants are very unprofessional. I would prefer to go to Avon Cleveland Clinic but my doctor is at Westlake.
