Dr Alex has really helped to relieve my lower back pain. Over my 67 years I’ve always used physical therapy this being my first experience with chiropractors and acupuncture. Both positive.
Chrissy is patient, understanding and encouraging. She met me where I was at in my motherhood journey. She asked about what I wanted to achieve in regards to my health goals. She’s even great with my kids if I need to bring them to appointments. She asks follow up questions, explains the why behind an exercise and is thorough in addressing my needs, concerns and questions.
