Recommendedthe rec center is great, but I feel there should be stairs in the Olympic pool and not just a ladder so less able bodied and obese people (like myself) can get in and out if the pool since that is one of the better exercises for heavier set people. I went to swim there once and never went back because I needed 2-3 people to help me out of the pool and was very embarrassed.
The entire facility including the Olympic size pool for those who love to swim.
It was great, great gym .
I love how large the facility is. There is a place and activity for everything and everyone. it has been a big help managing school, elite figure skating, and my daily work outs. I love it.
The employees are not friendly. They often interrupt workouts cleaning, or nagging about gym policies. Jump ropes are normally available, this particular time I didn’t see any available. The employees were not helpful, no one attempted to find a jump rope. I needed one for my workout, it was very disappointing! I wouldn’t recommend this rec, unless you are a CSU student. Not worth the 30 dollar monthly fee.
The rec center is a very well run place to get into shape and achieve your goals.
This is a very clean and well kept facility.

All I have to say is don’t miss out on this experience it’s the bomb in workout facilities
My son and I just got finished taking a kayak rolling class with Cole. Our second. He and the class are fantastic!!! Very patient and knowledgeable. He gave us enough to start perfecting our skills. Looking forward to more great programming.
