I thought they were a reputable dealer but they have been very frustrating to deal with. I made an online order through Catparts.com and they canceled it and never bothered to tell me. When I reached out to them they told me I will see a credit soon. I have not seen it after many months and I have called, emailed, and even gone to their store three times to try to find out what the problem is. They say they will look into it and get back to me.
