J I have only good things to say about Cleve Hill Auto & Tire. I trust Paul Young, the Manager and his crew of repairmen to guide me through the car repair process when I bring my car in for service. Paul explains the options that fit my budget and needs and recommends the best possible service for my car. I can't say enough about the customer care I receive at Cleve Hill and will continue to take my car there for repairs.

Lady in destress Being a woman I worry that I will be taken advantage of .when my car broke down and was towed to a shop I had this fear again.Paul was very niceand kept me informed on what was wrong and what needed to be fixed , the man that did the work was very nice ,clean and polite. I am back on the road and my and it did not cost me an arm and a leg and very pleased with the work. I would highly recomand them to anybody.
Cleve Hill Auto & Tire is complete rip off If you want to lose your money, go here. I took my car in, got an estimate for $660 of work. This seemed too much, so I got a breakdown of costs, and the parts pricing seemed very high. After calling a local parts company I found that Cleve Hill was charging over DOUBLE of what the parts company was. Awful After $1300 and and a sly mechanic who told me he knows what he is doing, my car is in worse shape then ever. Rip-off artists who call you to let you know that something other than the problem went wrong and now they have to fix that but it will cost $200 more. These guys really know how to hustle a customer. Car was at the shop for a week and now sits in my car dead with even more problems. I will have to completely junk my car now. Thanks jerk.
Taken I bought a used car and had problems with it a few weeks after I started driving it .I took it to Cleve Hill and after they started looking at it ,it was apparent that I was taken by the person I bought it from, they wrote up everything that was wrong gave me a price and brought me into the shop and showed me everything that was wrong .It was nice of them to show me so that I knew what they were talking about. Good guys Took my truck to Cleve Hill and the Guys seemed nice. They were straight forward and honest and my truck is fixed and back on the road. I would recomand them to everybody
