Lady in destress Being a woman I worry that I will be taken advantage of .when my car broke down and was towed to a shop I had this fear again.Paul was very niceand kept me informed on what was wrong and what needed to be fixed , the man that did the work was very nice ,clean and polite. I am back on the road and my and it did not cost me an arm and a leg and very pleased with the work. I would highly recomand them to anybody.
Awful After $1300 and and a sly mechanic who told me he knows what he is doing, my car is in worse shape then ever. Rip-off artists who call you to let you know that something other than the problem went wrong and now they have to fix that but it will cost $200 more. These guys really know how to hustle a customer. Car was at the shop for a week and now sits in my car dead with even more problems. I will have to completely junk my car now. Thanks jerk.
Great Pricing & Customer Service Sometimes being a woman repair shops can take advantage of you but NOT so when I visited Cleve Hill Tire & Auto to have my car serviced. I was given great pricing, great service and was treated equally by quality trained professional people. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. Nowadays good customer service along with good pricing doesn't always go hand in hand but it did here, try them you'll see what I mean.
honest place I took my car into the shop because I thought i needed an alignment. After they looked at the car, they advised I really needed new tires and an alignment wouldn't do any good. Instead of doing the alignment and taking my money (and wasting everyone's time), they gave me a good quote on tires and didn't charge me a thing for looking at the car.

Lifesavers! I live right around the corner from this shop so whenever we need anything we come here. The guys are always nice to my husband and myself they even put air in my tire when I need help in the cold winter months. Thanks for always being there when us old people need something done.
