I purchased a Stihl blower from Cleve Addie this spring The gentleman who assisted me was very helpful and had great customer service skills. I thought I'd finally found a good small engine repair shop. A week ago I took my mower in for service. They left a message with an estimate on the repairs. I called to say go ahead and asked when it would be ready. I was told it would be ready that day which was a Thursday. Mr Eisenhauer, I am the person u spoke with today, When I asked u to call me back next tuesday to find out out if your mower was ready, u replied it's your turn to call me back since you never got a call telling you that we had to order a gas cap and my response was sometimes I get to work as early as 6:00 in the morning and I don't call people that early. As far as your broken fuel cap, the cap is brittle because the mower has been in storage.
On 18 April 2019 I picked up a new mower I ordered from Craig and Sharon I ran it for 4.7 hours by 24 April and figured out this was not the machine for me . $9000.00 mistake ,I was not happy and I reluctantly texted Craig about 4:30 that afternoon .Craig asked me to come in and talk so my helper Hunter and I go in to discuss the machine . Went in today with a very dull blade in my mower. I was in and out in 10 min. Super nice. Low pressure
Called to verify service available. Courteous phone service. Load up Snapper Pro 75 n go over there. Nice young man starts writing up the order. Then, the king of one liners and smart responses starts his routine. He infuriated me, stating I didn't talk to him on the phone and they don't work on the Pro series. Whatta waste of time and customer retention. Take your Snapper to Cental Arkansas Tractor on Arch Street for courteous, professional service at reasonable prices.
took my mower tires there to have tubes put in n got great quick service went over 35 miles juz because my local ppl told me a week week 1/2 for tubes cuz tht wasnt important well now i will drive the 35 miles cuz they feel everyone is important thanks again cleve addie inc staff
Best place in LR area. I like their very friendly customer service. Mechanics will help me with little things or give me advices for FREE! They also keep most of things in stock instead having to charge you for freight by having to order it! Thanks again Cleve Eddie inc!!!
