They always have had a misleading approach, rapidly escalating to the point of blatantly lying to your face. I am mesmerized by how they are still considered a management company when displaying such gross negligence towards properties in their care. No management skills whatsoever! For them is all about doing the least amount of work for the highest monetary return. One star is way too much. Stay away!
