My brother came in here to followup the initial recommendations made by the female dentist at this location. The appt for the crown fitting was supposed to be with her. He gets there & it's a man who proceeded to try to talk him into a more expensive procedure. The minute he put his foot down & said the crown would be sufficient for now, the dentist "accidently" cracked his tooth. Been here twice with pretty good experience. Appointment set 6 months ago. I showed up for my appointment only to find it canceled because the hygienist didn't show up. I did receive a call earlier that morning but I was at work and couldn't answer and it was an unknown number so i didnt pay much attention. No voicemail, text message or anything letting me know not to show up. I just wanna let everyone know that the employees and workers that smile designed dentistry is the best they work with you so you can get your dental work then if you need help and you don’t know how to do it they will help you with that and the dentist Anastasia, she’s so gentle And is the best. I just started going there a couple of months ago but so far so good.
They're all super nice and are doing great work. I have never had any problems.
