Cleo is wonderful. Both her and her assistant are professional and not too chatty either. I do cut and color each time. Very pleased.
I showed Cleo the haircut I wanted, which was a hush cut photo I got from Pinterest. After the other lady finished shampooing my hair, cleo cut my hair. The results were horrible. I did not receive the cut I asked for, nor did it look even the SLIGHTEST bit to the hush cut. Instead I just received short layers, which I did NOT ask for.
