Truly the worst apartment we have ever rented, we would give 0 stars if at all possible. We moved in during covid and the apartment was clearly NOT CLEANED between tenets. The towing/ticketing policy is absolutely ridiculous and left us with a $200 ticket for parking in the street when they wouldn’t allow us (with a pass) to park in the parking lot. Terrible apartment rules. Will tow your car without giving you a call. Don't live here it is a terrible establishment. The appliances barely work. Worst housing that I have dealt with in my life.

The worst apartment complex my husband and I have worked with. When we moved into our apartment it had not been cleaned, and damaged materials were never replaced. It takes forever to get maintence to fix a problem (also not on site maitence like we were told). When our air conditioner went out during the summer, we were told it would get fixed eventually. LOTS OF BLACK MOLD. PATIO DOORS LEAKED REALLY BAD WHEN IT RAINED. COULD SEE LIGHT ALL THE WAY AROUND THE AIR CONDITIONER.
