Great customer service and prompt service. They greet you right away when you walk in. I got a basic haircut and was treated very well. I recommend this place.

Bad customer service. My parents both went in on a Sunday afternoon as a walk in. My parents both listed themselves down. When it was going to be my dad’s turn, someone else walked in and the hairstylist took them first over my dad. The reason being because they come from far away and had called ahead. My dad has been told before that they DONT take phone appointments anymore yet the hairstylist did the OPPOSITE. Very unprofessional and don’t have set rules for their establishment.
