Beware - scam! I bought a Groupon to this clinic for 6 laser sessions. I attended 3 sessions. After the 3rd session I went online to book the next, the online booking system was down. I reached out to her (the owner) via text which she responded “problem with the system”. So I requested to book with her via text - didn’t hear back. Unprofessional with outdated equipment. The owner gave me no notice she was no longer accepting Groupon. I had a previous appointment where I signed in with my name and phone number. She tried pressuring me to pay her full price to keep the appointment. Not a chance I would pay 160$ for 15 minutes with an outdated IPL laser. $50, sure I already got the Groupon because I assumed her equipment was current. Lumecca laser is 4x more powerful and effective. It costs $250 and takes 45-60 minutes to do a proper job with two passes.... read more
