The management and leasing agents are horribly unprofessional, and do not communicate with each other or those trying to lease an apartment. Chris hung up on my boyfriend during a conversation about an issue with a move in, and then proceeded to charge him a pro rated amount that was almost a full months rent when my boyfriend didn't move in until the end of the month.
