I scheduled what I clearly stated was a routine eye exam and gave my insurance information in advance. Clemson Eye accepted my appointment, had me complete multiple new-patient forms at home, and never once told me there would be a problem with insurance coverage. Today was my visit with Dr. Sawyer, and it was a wonderful experience! The staff was friendly and welcoming; Dr. Sawyer was very thorough and Kind. I highly recommend!
I will NEVER go back to this money hungry NO service place. I had Eyelid surgery in July ,it is now October. Twice my right eye swole shut. Dr. said first time, come back if it happens again $30. The second time ,he has no idea. BUT he gives me a oral antibiotic $30 The antibiotic is for what, because he does not know why my eye swole They make another appointment.
