If not for the diligence and great assistance I received from CJ Eiler, this review would have been a 1 star. Calling the office and trying to leave information for the office to submit a verification of eye exam to the DMV was like pulling teeth! The people answering phones and taking information had no idea what they were doing, messed up my email, spelling of my name, no idea who the person or persons were I was contacting, placed on hold numerous times. Receptionist was pleasant. All staff is helpful.
I hesitated to write this review, but after numerous incidents with scheduling, customer service and vision I realized I would do an injustice to potential patients if they didn't at least know what they were getting into. I have been a patient for years and am a personal friends with one of the doctors, but between the Vision Center losing glasses, scheduling cancellations, lack of communication and waiting time, this establishment is very insufficient. Worst experience ever with billing. After 5 calls and 2 visits to the office they still couldn’t get it straight. I have vision insurance and even had Cigna call them to tell them that my visit should have been filed under vision and not medical.
