Just know when you schedule your appointment, you will NOT be seen anywhere near your actual time. I had a 0830 appt but wasn’t seen until 40 mins later! That’s ridiculous for the first thing in the morning! I was being seen for a routine exam and I don’t feel that the quality of the exam was worth the extra 40 min wait that I had to endure. Had appointment at 9:00 am with Dr. Pedadda. (7-30-25) Technician took scans at 9:30. That was quicker then usual but have to sit in back waiting room until 10:30. Then I was reprimanded for having on semi permanent eyeliner that I have worn for appointments for the last 3 years and no one said anything. Technician proceeded to scrub it off with betadine. The providers are always so far behind and when they get to you it's a quick run. My appointment time never matches or ever is close to the time that I'm finally seen. I work in a medical practice as well and we try to room patients and have them seen as close to their appointment or right on time. Seeing hundreds or a couple of hundred of patients in a week at that. There seems to be a scheduling problem here and I hope management fixes this issue.
Checked in at 845am for an 850am appointment. I confirmed my appointment 2 times via text message. It is now 1010am and I'm still in the waiting room. This is unfortunately the norm. I'll spend another 30 minutes in the back waiting room when they call me back then 5 minutes with a tech and 5 minutes with the doctor. I'm not sure why I drove an hour to this office after my doctor stopped seeing patients at the Pehlam location. Appointment at 9am arrived to see 24 people waiting for 3 doctors. if they're able to burn through patients at the rate that seems necessary, I wonder about the quality of the exam. Maybe fine maybe not I don't know. Had to wait for 45 minutes
