We called about a quad and was told it was available so we took off half a day of work and drove 100 miles only to find out that someone already placed an offer on it a couple of days ago. The salesman didn't do his job to check if the quad was available. The guy didn't introduce himself or even shake my hand. The kid needs to do his job before trying to make a sell.
These folks do what they love, and love what they do. Never have I shopped a store with staff that was more passionate about ATVs, sleds, and the outdoors. Truly an excellent experience from start to finish to next time. Thanks gang!
Best sales staff, best parts sales people and the marketing guy is ok too! :) From knowledge to training classes no one beats the customer service you will receive from Clem’s. I honestly can’t praise them enough! All my toys and gear come from Clem’s!
