RecommendedExcellent customer service in parts. I have called a few times for help on my arctic cat machines. I’m an hour away but will always support Clem’s rather than the dealer 10 mins away because they are very rude on the phone if they even answer.
I want to give a big thank you to Jake and Darren for making my buying experience first class. Their ability to answer all my questions and delivering my YZ to my door step was much appreciated. We got into Clems late, just before closing on a Monday. We felt bad but it was how it worked out. Clem and Corey were still so excited to see us walk through the door. My kids greeted as they would be walking into their grandparents house with hugs and suckers and coins for the beloved vending machines! We bought a brand new 2021 skidoo summit and as nerve wracking is that is for us to do we felt blessed through the whole process because it was like we were buying it from a family member. Need to be transparent on available units, drove almost an hour, test drove unit, when ready to make a deal, item was on lock status so could not buy it , maybe call back 5 days later to see if it's available then, even though I specifically called to inquiry about unit to be ready for sale they still were shady enough to make me do the long trip just to say we can't sell it how about this other one, classic dirty cars dealer tactics, didn't know it was the same on motorcycles. follow up. When you have a warranty on a product you would expect to be taken care of in a timely manner not to wait months on end where you can’t use your equipment. They’re all about service when they’re trying to sell you something but when something goes wrong you get put on the back burner, that’s called bait and switch. I would’ve never purchased anything from them if I knew it was going to go this route. Very unprofessional.

Clem advertised a dual JetSki trailer on at least two different places. Added vin numbers and pictures, descriptions and everything for a dual trailer. I called and talked to Clem (owner) who confirmed the price as well as availability of the dual ski trailer. I let him know I was traveling from Vancouver to purchase and he was really nice and said he physically put a hold tag on it for me. This all changed when I arrived 2.5-3 hour drive later.
