I was to see Dr. Miller in Oct 2025. I had an appointment previously to decide what was needed for this return visit. I had to cancel because I had a debilitating migraine and I did not meet their criteria for cancellation so I understand there would be a fee. What they did , however was charge two cancellation fees because they had set up two appointments back to back. I moved here from another state and have never had that done to me. As I was getting my teeth cleaned I realized I had been going to this place for over 25 years! They must be doing something right!!
Very easy going staff. Makes you feel comfortable. Very friendly. I would definitely recommend Clemmons Village Smiles.
