I would’ve given this place a 5 star until now… unfortunately I’ve decided to leave Clemmons village smiles. After multiple miscommunications and the receptionist sticking up for one another I’m over it. After Dr. Miller left I was on the fence about even staying but I wanted to ride out what I already paid for. I instantly regret it new dentist has zero bedside manners and is not personable. I was to see Dr. Miller in Oct 2025. I had an appointment previously to decide what was needed for this return visit. I had to cancel because I had a debilitating migraine and I did not meet their criteria for cancellation so I understand there would be a fee. What they did , however was charge two cancellation fees because they had set up two appointments back to back. I moved here from another state and have never had that done to me.
