I was in need of a house pretty quickly due to a change in my life. Everyone I have dealt with from showing the house all the way through to signing the lease has been wonderful! I will forever be grateful for all of their help during a stressful time in my life!
Honestly I have rented with 2 other companies and this was by far the easiest company to work with. they are so friendly and answered all of my questions, they even picked up on there days off! We have already recommended them to multiple people! Also the house was so clean at move in!

Very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process!! I have meet with several other property management companies in Muncie over a 6 month time frame and Clemmons was by far the best and easiest to work with!! Looking for a house is the most challenging stressful thing to do and with Clemmons I found a home for my daughter and I!!
Simple and easy process ! Moving is difficult as it is , and finding a place is worse! But heather Clemmons made this process nice and smooth and even budget friendly! Quick responses to questions , requests and anything in between . We certainly appreciate it all!
Communication is fast and simple, the realtor that showed me the rental was on time and very kind! Overall really happy with my decision to rent from here!
Heather and her team keep taking down my review from a year ago about one of the most nightmare situations I have ever experienced. We got mold poisoning in our home on Franklin St in Muncie…. We had to move out before our lease was up because of how sick this home made us. We paid $600 a month and once we left and told the company 30 days prior to leaving that we are leaving due to the home being inhabitable.
