Gene helped with a very difficult real estate transaction. The buyers asked for the closing to be put two months out. Three days before the closing their financing fell through. I already had a contract in on another property and was not going to be able to extend my contract so I would’ve lost my dream home! As if being a new home owner isn’t hard enough let’s add the frustration of having to install a mirror in your bathroom, hardware on your kitchen cabinets and pay out of pocket to fix a leaking foundation.
