Terrible experience. From beginning to end was a headache. Moved in and the property was in horrible condition, although repairs were promised. One year later and never happened. ‘Maintenance’ is sent over whenever they feel like it without notifying the tenant, and without asking if it’s a good time. Things are never fixed, and if they are it’s temporary. And then when you move out you’ll be charged for things that you aren’t responsible for. Avoid a legal battle and rent with someone else.
