I moved in this morning! what a pleasure it was dealing with Tiffany. The new manger was very helpful explaining the lease and all it's details. I was required to get apartment insurance and she explained why. I was given a new unit with great views. Very satisfied with the entire process.
I toured this place with leasing agent Tiffany! This place shows well! Great for college students with the onsite 24 hr security. The gym is a plus not to mention the rustic fire place in the unit I viewed. Moving here soon
Update I used to be proud of living here I’ve been here 17 years now and it’s getting worse they’re not taking Care of the grounds or around the dumpsters only when the people complain that they are rats and rodents all over the dumpsters that they do something about it and good luck with that anyway.And this new administration once you signed that lease, (good luck getting anything repaired in your apartment) they think they could disrespect you. some of them think they’re going to a nightclub the way they dress no professi... read more
I own a house on Lorraine st and who ever the new tenants are at 16 Lorraine Apt 101 are extremely obnoxious always playing music at 10pm at night everyday and also always hearing arguments every night outside in the front porch . I contacted security and no one has done anything
