I’ve been living here for 6 years now. This place has gone through 3 management changes. It went totally downhill. They have no respect for the tenants whatsoever. I’ve been waiting for the maintenance person to fix a leaking under my kitchen sink show up for a week now, they say he will come over but he never shows up. A complete disrespect for the tenants time. I could keep going on and on but that’s just my most recent experience.
Moved here with my partner shortly after a change in management, and I’ve had a positive experience so far. The staff is professional, approachable, and attentive. And while I haven’t yet used amenities like the gym or dog park, our apartment itself is clean, spacious, and updated.
Recently moved in with my partner, and we absolutely love it. Perfect location and amenities. Always feel safe with the presence of security, the grounds are immaculate. All of the staff has been helpful, kind and quick to respond to any needs. This is a hidden gem!!
Wonderful services amazing customer services
I will be making another review but so far I’m so happy with the all my encounters with Clemens Place apartments! The staff are so friendly & personable. Very helpful and accommodating during my walk through to view apartments as well as my lease signing process. The area is quiet and family friendly. Close to stores and hospitals. I love the fact that there’s a farmers market on weekends. Parking and a gym! The apartments are very clean and spacious and the neighborhood people have been friendly as well.
