I've been living at Clemens for 1year and about to renew my lease.Miss Nancy that works in the office she is the one that choose my apartment for me because I didn't have enough time to view multiple apartment and I trusted her to choose for me and have no regrets,i also can depend on her to collect my packages for me when not home .She is a phenomenal individual

Clemens Place is a very nice place Nancy over there is very helpful and very kind , she is like a family
I have been living in this apartment for 2 years and have recently renewed for a 3rd year. I absolutely love the place, its well taken care of ,the apartments are well equipped and are neat and spacious and the resident services are very helpful. My leasing agent Nancy is the sweetest lady and takes care of us like family. She is extra careful and is always considerate of us as we are students. If you are a student in the university of Hartford its the best place to stay
