New manager Name Jennifer is extremely rude and unprofessional! She was very nasty towards me and at one point started to raise her voice at me. I would like to file a complaint about the manager name Jennifer's behavior and rudeness. I have lived at Clemens place for almost 6 years and I have never encountered such nasty behavior from employees. They perform maintenance in the building's parking lot, and you don't receive any notice! And then they tow your car.
Under new management, units show well. Onsite parking . 24 hour security, gym onsite, management office at main entrance, dog park, clean grounds , some units offer balcony fresh air! Ask for Tiffany Vásquez! Great for students
This has to be the worse managed property in Hartford if not the entire state of CT on top of being rat and roach infested the security guards walk around smoking weed the hot water boilers always get turned off and complains are met with laughter and ridicule
