Clemens Place is a very nice place Nancy over there is very helpful and very kind , she is like a family
I have been living in this apartment for 2 years and have recently renewed for a 3rd year. I absolutely love the place, its well taken care of ,the apartments are well equipped and are neat and spacious and the resident services are very helpful. My leasing agent Nancy is the sweetest lady and takes care of us like family. She is extra careful and is always considerate of us as we are students. If you are a student in the university of Hartford its the best place to stay
Great place to live! Clemens Place is clean, quiet, and comfortable. Special thanks to Nancy she’s very helpful, kind, and always quick to respond. Made my whole move-in process and stay super easy and comfortable . Highly recommend!
Been like this since the day I moved in and they keep loosing rent payments and don’t want to furbish a receipt. They do not return calls nor answer emails the worst place I’ve ever loved please save your time and money
