Just DONT LIVE HERE!! Leasing team members are super disrespectful! Far from helpful too. I’ve lived there for a year and my apartment was rat infested let’s start there.. Also it takes a really long time and a constant back and forth to get your security deposit back. Staff gives you attitude when asking for your money back “ridiculous “! I’ve been calling for the past two months without a steady response. I NEED MY SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
1: No te ayudan cuando necesitaba tener un transfer porq mi hijo autista le dio depresion y vivo un tercer piso y mi hijo se pasa en la ventana tengo q quedarme en casa de mi novio para que el no cometa un error y no me ayudan 2: no areglan nada de lo q tu reportas 3: cuando te mudas no cambian las cerraduras que si alguien q vivio antes ahi tiene copia entra porq le paso a mi novio y tuvo q reportarlo
Everything about this place is horrible. Management and whomever now owns this place, should be disgusted and ashamed!! The gates are always broken, random cars and people come through here, and stealing! Protecting your residence, thats Part of the rent, right??? Damn shame. These people have no respect. They randomly show up at people apartments without a 24 hr notice. They also don’t call if it’s an emergency. Also they try to force themselves into people apartments. Anyone could be naked, sleeping, kids running around yet they randomly hire group of strangers to enter without permission. They need to do better and I feel sorry for the folks that now live in the basement. That place gets flooded then the bathroom there has no windows.
