The customer service tonight was less than desirable! Went in there to use a Christmas gift and left so disappointed and disgusted. But... Left there and went to Shooters in Maumee where they were more than happy to assist me! In return, I was more than happy to give them money and so were the 3 other people that I was with! Just words for thought here... Customer service should ALWAYS be the most important thing to a business owner! I will never return to this place again! Without customers where will you end up? Great customer service and even better prices. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Best part about Cleland's is that they sell nice bows (Mathews, Hoyt etc..) Bad part is they don't know how to tune them, so good is product they sell bad is knowledge to set up a bow right, just bought a new bow there had to take it elsewhere to have it set up
Great place to shoot with the girls, it isn't just a man's spot!
