First time ever going, customer service was great and friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful to site my bow in and clean and neat atmosphere.
I just completed the CCW class a few weeks back and want to thank Chad for his expertise. What a great instructor and class. It is top notch. Purchased two of my firearms and had Chad add a few adjustments to the boomstick and I couldn't have been happier with all of it in general. The personnel are knowledgeable and responsible with the range and exercise above par safety for new shooters. I highly recommend spending time on the range here and also their CCW course was well organized and executed. Had a great time at the range. Everyone on staff was polite and helpful.
What a terrible experience with the beginner archery class tonight! Way too many kids (no maximum) and the teacher was such a sarcastic jerk to all the children. He literally screamed/yelled and belittled this little boy about a supposed "safety issue" that he never even explained to the class in the first place. This man should not be working with children and I am disgusted we had to pay to be treated so poorly!
Cleland's does an outstanding job of educating the public and its customers on firearm safety. Their classes are the best the Toledo area has to offer. I highly recommend them for all your needs.
