It’s literally like pulling teeth to get someone to answer the phone Mon-Fri...that alone is why you shouldn’t do business with these people. With so many other companies in this field you should want to answer the phone
This is the worst company I've ever used in my life I had them seal my crawl space install a sump pump and a dehumidifier. After trying to get them to complete the job I finally have to hire a lawyer to get my money back. When they came back to my house to remove the plastic and the dehumidifier they left the pump unplugged and jammed the float switch so it would not work the Manager from this store in Smithfield was under my house with 2 employees so all three are guilty of sabotage so Please Don't Use This COMPANY they may... read more

Used Cleggs for a property I was working on. Ineffective product, poor and unreliable communication, very dissappointed.
Great company/service from sales-service-management had a encapsulation service complete with dehumidifier and replacement of 30 year old insulation under my house also termite treatment and pest control, I can rest easy knowing my foundation is secure and quarterly inspections to make sure it stays that way. Fair and reasonable pricing and a A Team doing the work. Special thanks to Keith, Scott, Randy and Larry.
