This dealership is horrible to deal with as an out of town customer. I should’ve read the previous reviews before getting my heart set on a truck they had for sale. Christian and the manager Cooper I talked to both pretty much summed it up when they said that if a local customer comes in to buy a vehicle they will take priority over out of town customers. Unfortunately, my experience was not good with Clegg Auto. It can be tough to purchase a car from a dealership when you do not live in the area. Some dealers are very good at these transactions, but Clegg is not. Communication is key! They started off with good communication but it quickly deteriorated to very poor communication. They sold the vehicle that I was negotiating on with them to another customer without any communication (out of sight, out of mind). Good
Theese people were outstanding to work with. I was treated fairly, with respect and found a very nice Truck. I was given plenty of time to look over the vehicle without a salesman standing over me. I worked with Gilbert Herrick on the truck deal and can honestly say he was great to work with. Even after the sale was finalized he noticed the truck needed fuel and took me down to add fuel. There is a level of pride at Clegg that is hard to find in the auto buisness. I recommend them to others.

Steve and everyone at Clegg auto were so helpful. I have had some bad experiences searching for a car and their team was nothing short of amazing. They were honest, patient and so knowledgeable about everything car related. I Highly recommend Steve Clegg and his team at Clegg Auto when searching for a car!!
