Ive lived here for about 6 or 7 years now. The office lady is nice until you get to know her. She has constantly wronged my family over the years. We keep complaining about the ant infestation in the field multiple times and nothing has been done. We have gotten fined over the dumbest stuff. We have almost gotten kicked out for a situation that wasn't even our fault and the other people walked free. Its not safe for children and young teens. Paula takes care of her tenants. Anytime I have a maintenance issue or security issue, she handles it. She is very strict and does not allow crime or mischief on this property. She also cares for her tenants. After my family passed away, she spent two hours of her time speaking with me. She has gone out of her way to contact my church so that they could pay my rent with their charity program. She puts her heart and soul into this property. I moved to this complex in July. Paula and her team addressed every concern. She even told me what to do to make sure I wasn't charged at my last apartment! Paula believes this is her property and advocates for all tenants in need. She is so helpful and kind. If anyone tells her they have to vent, she's right there to give a lending ear. I just want to say that I don’t live here. A friend of mine and I are applying with Miss Paula right now and I just have to say that she is one of the kindest, most helpful human beings that I have met in a long time. I really hope that she’s getting paid for what she is worth because Cleburne Plaza- y’all have yourselves a diamond.
