I moved to this complex in July. Paula and her team addressed every concern. She even told me what to do to make sure I wasn't charged at my last apartment! Paula believes this is her property and advocates for all tenants in need. She is so helpful and kind. If anyone tells her they have to vent, she's right there to give a lending ear. I just want to say that I don’t live here. A friend of mine and I are applying with Miss Paula right now and I just have to say that she is one of the kindest, most helpful human beings that I have met in a long time. I really hope that she’s getting paid for what she is worth because Cleburne Plaza- y’all have yourselves a diamond.

I have lived at the Cleburne Plaza Apartments for two years now moving into the apartments was a new chapter in my life, and Miss Paula was just so awesome to help me through the whole process before I moved in. I did see that there were a few bad reviews, so I was nervous, but after living there for two years, I noticed it was not as bad as the reviews cut it out to be. ‼️NOT A SAFE PLACE FOR CHILDREN OR ELDERLY‼️ There is one little girl that is known for shoving elderly women, throwing people's phones into the street, fighting other children, and punching adults between the eyes AND MANAGEMENT HAS DONE NOTHING TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. written claims have been submitted to the office, meetings have been enforced, and multiple witnesses have been questioned and STILL NOTHING.
