I wouldn’t even give this place a one star! I’ve lived here on and off for 10 years and this is the worse it’s ever been! From the property looking disgusting by trash and food everywhere in the parking lot, to being charged for services you either don’t get or don’t use, to nasty neighbors who aren’t made to clean up! This place is non-livable. Roaches and rats everywhere! Maintenance does half ass work and when they do come they leave a mess in your place for you to clean up. Apartments wouldn't be so bad if people were courteous. Experience really depends on your neighbors. Walk way smells like skunk, (prob marijuana) everytime you go outside, and even in your own apartment all you hear is neighbors music because they like to blast and bass music. Wouldn't be so bad if it didnt last literally 24/7. 2am, 4am, 6am, 8am, 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, literally every hr of everyday.
