The bratwurst are made in-house. They were very good.
Visited this butcher shop recently while visiting family in the area. I was looking for some good quality steaks to make for a special dinner and wound up getting some beautifully marbled wagyu flank that was absolutely delicious. A clear cut above what you can get at Publix or Kroger. Premium prices, but you get a premium product in return. Very friendly and helpful staff. Also a small but high quality selection of cheeses and wine. Great place to go for a special occasion.
I’ve stopped buying steaks from the supermarket…. (Sam’s and Costco’s included) ever since I started going to Cleaver & Cork. They have the best steaks I ever had. They are even better than a lot of restaurants prepared steaks. Yes, there is a big price difference but the value is unbeatable. Matter of fact I’m headed there now. Hubby deserves a good steak dinner for Father’s Day!!
Been in search of fresh beef that doesn’t taste tainted and like “disintegrating paper.” Decided to try this place for the first time; was met with a friendly face, great conversation, a ny strip steak, and ground beef that tasted how beef should. Very pleased to have found this place.
