Not happy with this Service at all. 6 months in and we have been charged nearly $500. Provided a credit card at sign up and apparently they got the number wrong resulting in us having a balance. I paid in full because I pay my bills, but $500 for 6 months, mind you thats two applications. The Tech that came to the house the last time called me non stop over and over and over again the day of application to see if we were home. Then showed up and was banging on the door. Just started service with this company and have been very impressed. I would highly recommend them for all your pest control needs
They do a good job, but they haven’t been out in months and will not answer calls or return calls!
These guys are just the best. On our initial appointment, we had a thorough inspection and honest review of what we needed for the home. We have noticed a considerable decrease in bugs inside and outside of the house since we started using their services. We have had 3 total visits and every time the guys are great and easy work with. They frequently gives tips and pointers we can be doing and looking out for ourselves. Will be continuing to do business with these guys for a while.
Richie and Randy were very informative, helpful and had awesome customer service. They came out and took care of business professionally. We recommend them for all services offered.
