I currently live at The Palms on SPID, which is managed by Clearworth Residential, and my experience has been consistently unacceptable. Living here has been a constant problem due to poor management and lack of accountability from the office staff. Since moving in, I’ve dealt with mold, ceiling leaks, broken AC units, deadbolts that lock you inside the apartment, and a persistent pest problem. Stay away from these apartments are the worst, they change their managers like every 3 months they never repair the things that are damaged, they don't answer phone calls and when they answer ,won't solve anything. Some cars were stolen,everything is negative in this property . 0 -Star
This company owns The Halston Apartments is College Station, Texas. I can tell by the other reviews, my complex is not an isolated problem. First, we have an incompetent, immature, and vengeful property manager. When you ask about a maintenance issue that gets ignored, you are told that you will be asked to leave and be put on an email-only list. Repairs are ignored for weeks.
