They change management company and this new company has created a mess with the rent, the bills, and everything, they have changed all the staff. Lavera at Lake Highlands has left us without hot water for 8 days now, with 3 more to go. They never answer their phones except when corporate has a gathering at the office. You know, got to look good for corporate. All I ask is, can I come shower at corporate house until they get this fixed?
Woodside flats have staff that are very rude the hang up on the me 3 time not giving me management information refusing to assist me as a client.
This company owns The Halston Apartments in College Station, Texas. I can tell by the other reviews, my complex is not an isolated problem. First, in my opinion, we have an incompetent, immature, and vengeful property manager. When you ask about a maintenance issue that gets ignored, you are told that you will be asked to leave and be put on an email-only list. Repairs are ignored for weeks. Attempting to reach the property management company has been impossible. They own lakeside of Campeche in Galveston and we have a group of tenants seeking legally required repairs and actions per the contract entered into with lakeside and clear worth and no one seems to work there. Even the number goes to a default voicemail.
