Nightmare scam. We sold our house and moved out of state and they continue to send us bills and will not allow us to cancel.
They charge me and do not provide me any benefits. Sign up for this if you want to raise your electric prices by at least $100 a month. These people are scam artists and thieves and they do not deserve a penny of your money.
Stay away from this company, it's a rip off. They will say that you can cancel anytime and that is not true. Kept requesting to talk with a supervisor and mentioning that it takes up to 6-8 months and when I spoke with the sales person he stated I could cancel at anytime. I called them back in April to cancel and they came up with a bunch of excuses that they have to get approval with my Electric provider and when I reached out to the provider, they mentioned that there is nothing they need to do on their end. They came to my door and said I would save money on my electric bill and it keeps going up. Trying to cancel and they are saying it will take 6 months. Scam don’t sign up. You will pay more even if your usage is less.
