Great price
It's a good place to get bottled water but every once in a while they have the hired help just leaves a lot to be desired not very friendly.
We have been using this drive through for 5 gallon bottled water for years now. Sadly, 3 times in less than 3 months there have been products floating in the unopened/sealed water/bottle! Yuck! Example: labels of other types of water, yet the bottle is capped with a different type of water and sealed, and it’s just floating in there. Not a one time incident. Obviously, the bottles are not being sanitized and that is disgusting. I’m STILL waiting on my bottle refund money (about $28) as they supposedly have to mail it. They s... read more
Clearwater Systems in New Philly has been great. The manager, Noah, is a super great guy and always very helpful and friendly. I have been coming here for a couple years to fill jugs of water at their self serve water station, until I finally requested for someone to test our water and give us a quote, as Noah’s suggestion. Sean Connors was the tester/salesman, who was also very friendly and helpful. The installer also did a great job, and I was very impressed with the neatness of his work. This place has really went downhill not sure what happened but people who work in drive through are terrible with customer service !!
