Forget all headaches for shopping for Pool Supplies. While getting all smiles from Customer Service. Needed a solar cover for our 18ft round above ground pool. For the past 2 years we’ve had to replace our cover due to weather or just normal use, plus I order 18” ft and get 17.3. Need a true 18”. I called Clearwater and spoke to a very friendly person, and I ask about a cover and ask if it was a full 18 ft solar cover. When I got there it was ready and they recommended a product call EZ Pool. From start to we’re almost finished, this has been a very frustrating pool build. Not because of Allen and Clearwater, but because the delays on our new house build, which still isn’t complete. Allen the owner, has been excellent to work with and available whenever we had questions or concerns about our pool. We installed a 16x36 saltwater pool with a lounger area and it’s met all of our expectations. Would definitely recommend and use Clearwater. Thanks Allen for an amazing pool!
