Joe, I suggest you do the right thing and apologize to your customers for your bad behaviors. Love our beautiful new Cal Spa! Perfect! Clearwater Pools were great to deal with...so happy we decided to purchase from them! Highly recommend!
Do NOT buy anything from this place! We had something go out on our spa back in September. They said they would get to us in Oct because they had pools to close. Then never showed for multiple scheduled appointments. We played phone tag back and forth with service people who told us that our warranty was no longer valid, but IT WAS in sept. when we originally called. They told us it was our responsibility to contact Signature spas directly and work that out...which we did, and they honored our warranty but sent another compa... read more
ABSOLUTELY NOT! this place is a joke. I just got a collection paper in the mail saying that I did not pay an installation fee of $199. However the funny part is that I bought chemicals and a solar cover for the pool and made a payment of $400 total (that’s including the installation fee) and they are trying to send me to collections for the $199. THEN they have the nerve to try and post my name and information here on Facebook. Wrong move! So I call the place and ask to speak with the owner but I’m told he doesn’t take phone... read more
Do not recommend!! They were not able to resolve issues and sent us to collections over a $93 bill that we never received. No second bill, zero attempt to contact us then posted on Facebook. Terrible business practices.
